Chief Complaints:
- Crowding 
- Lingually positioned lower laterals 
Examination:
- Complete clinical examination 
- Radiographs (pan, ceph, BWs) 
Evaluation:
- Mixed dentition 
- Crowding with blocked out upper laterals and lingually positioned lower laterals 
- Narrow arch width 
- Previous traditional expanders that were not successful 
Treatment:
- Invisalign comprehensive 
- 65 aligners at 4-day rotation (case was run at 0.125 speed) 
- Patient was instructed to only wear aligners after school and while sleeping 
- 9 months treatment 
- The patient is currently in passive aligners to allow for the eruption of the upper laterals.
