Continuing Education Certificates Reproduction Policy
The American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA) maintains continuing education attendance records in accordance with applicable record-retention requirements and the standards of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) Program Approval for Continuing Education (PACE).
Effective October 1, 2026, the following policies will apply to AACA continuing education courses:
Replacement CE Certificates
Doctors are responsible for retaining their original CE certificates. If you need AACA to locate and reproduce a previously issued certificate, a $19 administrative fee per certificate will apply.
Course Evaluation Surveys
To receive your CE certificate through the standard issuance process, the course evaluation survey must be completed within 7 calendar days following the course. If the evaluation is not completed within this timeframe, a $49 administrative fee per course will apply to reopen and process the course evaluation and associated CE documentation.
