Dr. Joshua Papac is the owner and founding doctor of Great Northwest Dental in Auburn, Washington. Born and raised in Montesano on the Olympic Peninsula, Dr. Papac developed a deep appreciation for the Pacific Northwest and an enduring love for the outdoors.

He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 2009 and soon after founded Great Northwest Dental. What began as a single-doctor practice has grown into a six-doctor, single-location office serving the Auburn community.

Dr. Papac is highly skilled in modern dental technology and advanced treatment techniques, including aesthetic dentistry, CAD/CAM dentistry, 3-D imaging, implant restoration, and full-mouth rehabilitation. His expertise in digital dentistry has led to invitations to mentor at multiple CEREC CAD/CAM events, where he has helped other dentists integrate advanced technology into their practices.

In 2016, Dr. Papac’s wife, Dr. Lindsey Papac, joined Great Northwest Dental as a partner. While Dr. Lindsey serves as the primary provider of clear aligner therapy in the practice, Dr. Papac oversees the administrative, operational, and marketing efforts that support the clinical team. At this stage of his career, he has transitioned into a leadership, mentorship, and management role—an evolution he finds both rewarding and fulfilling.

Dr. Josh and Dr. Lindsey met in dental school and married shortly after graduation. They have two sons and enjoy skiing at Crystal Mountain, traveling to Montana, and cheering on the Huskies and Seahawks.
