Dr. Paul is a Long Island native with strong East Coast roots and a passion for helping every patient feel comfortable, confident, and informed in the dental chair. After earning his Bachelor of Science from Stony Brook University, he completed advanced biomedical studies in New Jersey and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland.
He went on to become Chief Resident at the Baltimore VA Medical Center, where he specialized in restoring smiles, performing aesthetic and surgical procedures, and delivering compassionate care to veterans and seniors.
In 2025, Dr. Paul became a proud graduate of Guiding Leaders, a respected leadership program that strengthened his commitment to patient-centered dentistry, communication, and team development.
Today, Dr. Paul is recognized as a trusted Washington, DC dentist and a leading provider of cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, restorative care, and dental implants in the Dupont Circle community. He blends clinical expertise with warmth and humor to create an exceptional experience for every patient who steps into the office.
