Dr. Ashley Keen-Ramirez was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and relocated to North Port, Florida at the age of 10, where she quickly embraced the Florida lifestyle—falling in love with the sunshine, the beach, and outdoor living. She later moved to Coral Gables to attend the University of Miami, where she met her husband, Andrew.
Dr. Keen-Ramirez went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans. During her time at LSU, she distinguished herself academically and clinically as a member of the Kells Honor Society and received several prestigious honors, including the Allan P. Rappold Award for Excellence in Operative Dentistry, the Pankey Institute Scholarship, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Certificate of Recognition.
After completing dental school, Dr. Keen-Ramirez returned to Florida and spent the next 10 years in corporate dentistry, where she refined both her clinical expertise and leadership skills while developing a strong foundation in comprehensive patient care and practice management. Driven by a desire to provide a more personalized, elevated dental experience, she ultimately chose to open her own private practice.
In doing so, Dr. Keen-Ramirez founded Allure Dental Aesthetics in Lakewood Ranch, Florida—a boutique dental practice built on the principles of individualized care, patient comfort, advanced technology, and long-term oral health. At Allure Dental Aesthetics, every treatment plan is tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on education, prevention, and creating a calm, supportive environment where patients feel heard and valued.
Dr. Keen-Ramirez is deeply committed to continuing education and professional leadership. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA) and actively supports the advancement of clear aligner education by running a virtual study club for the AACA, mentoring fellow dentists and fostering collaborative learning within the profession.
Outside of the office, Dr. Keen-Ramirez enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She and her husband are proud parents to two children, Paisley and AJ. In her free time, she enjoys attending Miami Hurricanes football games, playing soccer, and soaking up the beauty of the Florida sunshine.
