AACA membership is for an individual, not the entire practice. Each registrant must have an active AACA membership. If you are not sure of your membership, please email Aacaligners@gmail.com.
Once registration is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, it can be rescheduled once to another available class upon payment of a $100.00 administrative fee. Reschedule requests must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the course start date. Requests within 7 days of the course start date are subject to 100% forfeit and are not eligible for future credit.
If the originally registered class reaches Sold-Out status, rescheduling depends on finding a replacement. If no replacement can be found, registration remains open as AACA credit for a future AACA program. Credit is valid for 1 year from the start date of this course.
