Once registration is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, it can be rescheduled once to another available class upon payment of a $100.00 Administrative Fee. Reschedule requests must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the course start date. Any requests made within 7 days of the course start date is subject to 100% forfeit and will not be eligible for future credit.

If the originally registered class reaches Sold-Out status, the ability to reschedule is contingent upon finding a replacement. If no replacement can be found, then the registration will remain open as AACA credit to be used towards a future AACA program. Credit is valid for 1 year from the start date of this course.
