Aligning Your Team: Scan, Smile Repeat

We've all heard it before, every time something new is introduced to the team, "Why do we have to do this? I don't have time! What's wrong with the way we've always done it?"

This course will teach you how to get around these obstacles and get your team on board with iTero scanning every patient that enters your practice. I will outline the tips and tools you can give your team to set them up to successfully scan their patients in their currently allotted appointment times. Once your team sees how beneficial the iTero is for their patients and how it makes patient care easier for themselves, they will wonder why they ever resisted using it.

Business Manager/Integrator Payson Premier Dental Deanna has over 20 years of office management experience and excels at organization and financial planning. She is happiest when presented with a challenge for her to solve and thrives under pressure. She enjoys volunteering in the community with organizations such as the Mogollon Sporting Association, Arizona SonShine, Veterans Day dental services events, and Shop with a Hero fundraisers. Outside of the dental office, Deanna loves spending time with her husband and three children. On weekends you can usually find her out on the trails off-roading in her UTV or reading a book on her front porch swing.
