The iTero is a powerful tool to help a dental office communicate with the patient. “Seeing is Believing” but most patients don’t have a good understanding of what they are seeing. An effective presentation is necessary to communicate the problems identified as well as the value of the proposed treatment. This course will teach you a simple method of meeting the patient where they are, showing them only the most important information, and increasing patient acceptance of Invisalign treatment. Staff training will be reviewed so that all clinical staff can present in the same way. All attendees will receive Dr. Farahani’s staff training scripts to use or modify.

Dr. Sheila Farahani practices at Harmony Dental Wellness in Austin, Tx where her passion for preventive care led her to believe that properly aligned teeth really are the foundation for a healthy life! Before becoming a dentist, Dr. Farahani was a high school science teacher. She continues her passion for education as a national speaker for the AACA and Align Technologies. Dr. Farahani received fellowship with the AACA in 2021 in recognition of her knowledge, experience, and excellence in providing clear aligner therapy. When not serving her patients, she is proud to serve as a board member and KOL for the AACA.
