Dr. Sonya Stoltze is the owner of Stoltze & Stoltze Family Dentistry in Ames, Iowa, where she has practiced since 2007. A second-generation dentist, her approach is holistic, focusing on her patients’ lifelong health.

Dr. Sonya completed her undergraduate education at Luther College and received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2007, thirty years after her father, Dr. Daniel M. Stoltze, graduated from the same institution. Following her father's passing after a battle with cancer, Dr. Sonya has proudly continued the tradition of heartfelt excellence that he began in 1977.

She views dentistry as an art form and is dedicated to utilizing innovative technology that enhances patient health, including clear aligner therapy.
