Nicole Rouleau

Nicole Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Thomas College in Waterville, Maine in 1989 with a Degree in Accounting. After graduation she worked for several years as a public accountant in both Maine and Texas. She discovered a passion for dental finances and in 2021 she founded a consulting service that catered to the financial needs of dental practices of all specialties.

During her 22 years as a dental practice management consultant in Maine she has put her degree in accounting to use, maximizing profits for General Dentists, Orthodontists and Oral Surgeons. Finding solutions to profitability by thinking “outside the box” is the key to her success.

Nicole’s systems of production analysis and her in-depth understanding of dental income and expenses will guide you to the pathway of financial growth. Her financial insight will assist you in creating a healthier work/life balance by teaching you how to work smarter not harder.
